Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):
  1. Retail Franchise Enrollment:
                 Every member wishing to be a part of our E-Development Center has to follow an                          Enrollment Process by providing their details to be updated in out platform.
     1.1.  Enrollment Process:
            1.1.1  Should provide a request letter or enrollment Form  to add themselves into our                                             Platform.
            1.1.2  Brain & Wits or AMPL to authorize and Accept the Letter or Filled Form
            1.1.3  Brain & Wits or AMPL to provide a Unique Retail Franchise ID
            1.1.4  Register themselves in our Retail Partner Portal
            1.1.5  Sign an Agreement with Brain & Wits or  B&W State Franchise(Athreya Media Pvt                                       Ltd)
 
    2. E-Development CENTER (EDC)  - (Retail Franchise)
                    Every EDC should have a standard office setup with common or same design to                                              maintain uniformity of our platform.
    2.1 Training Center Setup:
            2.1.1  Select a place which is easily commutable  to students and faculty
           2.1.2  Ensure the place has a minimum of 500 sqft
           2.1.3  Make sure the setup has proper ventilation in case of a Non-AC setup
           2.1.4  Allocate  the space into 3 compartments as Reception, Office Room and Training                                    Room
           2.1.5   Fix a EDC  Name Board  with a size not less than 5X10 sqft
           2.1.6  Name Board to have B&W and AMPL Logos at the Top Left and Right Corner
           2.1.7  Choose a name of your convenience and write it centre with the regular contact                                            details
           2.1.8  Eg.   “ABCD Smart Skill Training Center” and the address of the Center
           2.1.9  Proper Rest room Facilities and Latest COVID norms facilities to be fixed
     2.2  Office Room Setup
           2.2.1   Reception to be fixed with client chairs or sofa Setup
           2.2.2  Fixed line or Mobile Connection to be provided for enquirer process
           2.2.3  Scanner Printer and Photo Copier machine to be kept for Office Purpose
           2.2.4  Manager Cabin to be fixed for Allied Services discussions
 
     2.3  Training Room Setup
           2.3.1 Ensure there are a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 30 student seating capacities
           2.3.2 Ensure all students chair has writing pads fixed along with it
           2.3.3 One Faculty table and chair to be fixed
           2.3.4 Minimum of 2 to 5 laptops to be kept handy for training purpose
           2.3.5 One 60” Smart TV to be fixed on the Wall for online Training
           2.3.6 One 4X6 White Writing board to be fixed for offline Training
           2.3.7 High Speed Internet Connection to be fixed for Online classes
   3. Marketing Process
   3.1 Media marketing
           3.1.1 Photo shoot some Photographs and a small video of  the EDC facilities
           3.1.2 Provide the Videos to AMPL to be telecasted in the TV Channel for Media Branding
           3.1.3 Regularly update the videos and photos to AMPL to show the Center growth Status
           3.1.4 Create a monthly video using students speaking about the benefit of our programs
   3.2 Digital Marketing
           3.2.1 Provide the Center Photographs and Videos to be updated in B&W Digital Platforms
           3.2.2 Provide the contact address to be updated in Google maps for students search                                              Location
           3.2.3 Provide regular activities and training photos to update in our Face book, Instagram Page.
           3.2.4 Receive feedback and testimonials from students and celebrities to be uploaded
   3.3 Direct Marketing
          3.3.1 Provide  leaflets in the nearby Schools and Colleges
          3.3.2 Provide bit notices in nearby houses
          3.3.3 Run a  Organisational English Competition in the nearby by Locality every month
          3.3.4 Run an Awareness Educational Campaign in the nearby Locality
   4. Faculty and Student Enrollment Process
                Every faculty and Student wishing to be a part of our Brain & Wits Community has to                            follow an Enrollment Process by providing their details to be updated in out platform.
   4.1 Faculty Enrollment
            4.1.1 Should provide a request letter or enrollment Form  to add themselves into our                             Platform
            4.1.2 Verify the Qualification and requisites match of the applied faculty
            4.1.3 Forward the details to B&W and AMPL for Interview Process
            4.1.4 Brain & Wits or AMPL to authorize and Accept the Letter or Filled Form
            4.1.5 Online Interview to be conducted by B&W or AMPL
            4.1.6 Brain & Wits or AMPL to provide a Unique Faculty ID
            4.1.7 Register themselves in our B&W Faculty Portal
            4.1.8 Appointment Order to be Provided with all terms and Conditions
 
 
    4.2 Student Enrollment
            4.2.1 Enrolling Students Should fill the Online or offline enrollment Form 
            4.2.2 Students to be provided with Program Details
            4.2.3 Students to pay the Registration Fee through payment gateway or fund transfer if online
            4.2.4 Online E-Receipt will be generated if paid online
            4.2.5 Students can also pay as physical Cash
            4.2.6 Physical Cash Receipt to be provided if cash is received for program registration
            4.2.7 Once B&W receives the Payment Username & Password will provided to Student
    5 Training Program Delivery Process 
               The Organisational English Training Program will be taught and trained in both offline and                             online mode depending on the modules covered
    5.1 Offline Training Classes
             5.1.1 Offline training classes will be conducted by the Faculty appointed for the EDC
             5.1.2 Modules to be covered everyday will be provided by B&W to Faculty
             5.1.3 Faculty to use only the B&W Teacher Material provided to take classes
             5.1.4 Faculty to explain the program whenever students have doubts without any excuses
             5.1.5 Relevant Examples and Situations to be used by Faculty for Students better understanding
    5.2 Online Training Classes
            5.2.1 Online training classes will be conducted by the Faculty appointed by B&W
            5.2.2 Modules to be covered for online classes will be provided by B&W to Faculty
            5.2.3 Faculty from  different Centers of  B&W across India may be used to conduct online Classes
            5.2.4 Group Discussions will happen between different EDC of  B&W Students every Month
            5.2.5 Mock Training will be provided in Online Classes
    5.3 EDC  Program  Monitoring
            5.3.1  EDC to monitor the training classes for quality delivery.
            5.3.1  Faculty Attendances to be marked regularly for effective training delivery.
            5.3.1  EDC  to monitor the Students during classes for active participation.
            5.3.1  Every or Any misconduct of the faculty or Students to be sorted with clear Etiquettes.
            5.3.1  Absenteeism for faculty and Students to be marked Strictly and addressed immediately.
            5.3.1  Faculty to be removed with immediate effect if they involve in any abuses with Students.
            5.3.1  Students also to be removed if they involve in any abuses with other Students or Faculties.
